Always trying to keep you a step-ahead, here’s some important info
on parking deals from DFW Airport spokesman Ken Capps:
DFW
Airport will be
offering FREE garage parking for ONE HOUR to those meeting and
greeting flights from Tuesday 11/20/01 thru Sunday 11/25/01 to help
make the pickup process more convenient and less stressful. The
North and South Shuttle lots frequently fill up during the holidays,
but passengers who encounter a full Shuttle lot should not assume
that the other lots are full.
During the holidays, close-in Terminal
parking and the Reduced Rate lots are usually available. $5 per day,
best deal going at the Airport --- shuttle bus to terminals every 12
minutes. For American Airlines passengers, terminal parking
($16/day), then Value AA ($9/day). Value AA Parking contains over
4,200 spaces, and serves Terminals A, B and C with Airport shuttle
buses. For Delta passengers, terminal parking first ($16/day), then
Discount Parking for Terminal E ($9/day).
Discount Parking for Terminal E offers
continuous Airport shuttle bus service that picks up Terminal E
guests at their vehicle and takes them directly to Terminal E. When
returning, guests are met by the Airport shuttle bus for
transportation back to their vehicle. (600 spaces available)
For any Terminal B passenger, terminal
parking first ($16/day), then Remote Parking for Terminal B ($9/day
uncovered or $11/day covered). Airport shuttle bus service picks up
passengers at their cars and takes them directly to Terminal B. When
returning, guests are met by the Airport shuttle bus for
transportation back to the lot.
