Touchtone Telephone Codes

Don't ask me where I found 'em, but I did, and now they're yours.  Some of the codes I clearly understand their use, but there are others that I think are usable only on Private Branch Exchange (PBX) based telephone systems.  Here's a page of Custom Calling Services for Southwestern Bell customers (be aware that this link may change at the whim of the folks managing www.swbell.com so don't blame me) and for GTE (oops! I mean Verizon) customers...but again, the address could change, so you're on your own.  [By the way: The Verizon code section is easier to understand than Southwestern Bell's...and the codes should work interchangeably between these two local phone service, and most phone companies in the United States.
